1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except in case of damage).

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns for opened, partially consumed, or perishable items unless the product was defective at the time of receipt.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@stellvyn.com with your order ID, issue description, and clear photos of the product/packaging.

  2. Review: Our quality team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. Pickup/Replacement: If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (for India orders) or offer a replacement/refund for international orders as applicable.

  4. Refund: Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and confirmation.
